Jean François LE RUYET, new Head Chef

We are delighted to welcome Jean-François Le Ruyet as our new Chef from 1 December 2024!

With over 30 years' experience in the kitchen and a wide range of expertise acquired through prestigious positions and entrepreneurial adventures, he brings exceptional culinary know-how and an undeniable passion for the art of gastronomy.

Jean-François began his career at Le Gavroche in Nantes, before honing his craft in iconic establishments such as La Cigale in Nantes, Le Majestic in La Baule and Le Sarpe in Chamonix. With a wealth of experience as chef-owner of several restaurants - including Le Terminus in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles and L'Eiffel in Saint-Luce-sur-Loire - he has demonstrated his ability to combine tradition and creativity.

His culinary philosophy is based on quality products and authentic flavours, with a particular emphasis on the pleasure of sharing. Jean-François has also put his expertise to good use in a variety of projects, from managing teams to creating original concepts.

We look forward to discovering the new inspirations he will bring to our cuisine, and to sharing this new culinary milestone with you.
